The Redpath Glass studio is at the Ruskin Glass Centre, in Stourbridge: a town in the West Midlands, with a glass-making history spanning more than 400 years. I share my studio with another kiln glass artist, George Jackson.
The Glass Centre is home to lots of different craft businesses, along with a heritage centre exploring the history of the complex (which was previously home to both Webb Corbett and Royal Doulton). Finally, the site is home to a college run by the Ruskin Mill Trust, for students aged 16+ with educational or behavioural difficulties.
I'm usually in the studio on weekdays, and at weekends by appointment. If you're making a special trip, give me a call first, and I can make sure I'm around to meet you.
